Can You Stay Logged In to Two ArtStation Accounts on One Computer?

By ADSSPEED Team · Published · Updated · 5 min read

Can you be signed in to more than one ArtStation account on the same computer?

ArtStation's Help Center explains how to sign in and how to sign out, but it has no article on switching between accounts. According to the Help Center (read 3 October 2026), you sign out from your Avatar menu, and none of the 18 articles in its Account collection covers account switching. On a PC, plan on one signed-in ArtStation account per browser profile, and give every extra account that must stay open at the same time a profile of its own.

The Help Center's instructions are written for the website in a browser. Its Mobile App collection covers push notifications and uploading from the iPhone and iPad app, and it describes no desktop app, so "ArtStation on a computer" means a browser tab.

What does the Help Center say about signing in and out?

The pages behind this table were read on 3 October 2026 and show the date 7 August 2026.

TaskWhat the Help Center says
Sign inEmail and password, or Facebook; the password article also mentions signing in with Google
Sign outAvatar menu, then Sign Out at the bottom; scroll down if the menu is long
Change passwordAvatar menu, Settings, Password; you need your current password
Forgot passwordForgot password on the sign-in page; if you are signed in, sign out first
Change emailSettings, then the Account tab
Change usernameSettings, then the Username tab; the URLs of your profile and website change with it

Sign-in options can change, and the sign-in screen is the authority for what is offered today. The Help Center pages read for this guide do not describe an Epic Games sign-in; the one mention of Epic Games calls it ArtStation's parent company, in the tax FAQ.

Why can Sign in with Facebook leave you with two accounts?

This is the multi-account trap the Help Center describes most plainly. It says ArtStation pairs accounts through the email address, so when the email on your Facebook account differs from the one on your ArtStation account, Sign in with Facebook creates a new user and leaves you with two. To add Facebook to an existing account, the Help Center says to hold off on the Facebook button: sign in as usual, open your settings page and connect Facebook from there.

If it has already happened, the Help Center's fix is:

  1. Sign in as the new user using Facebook.
  2. Delete that new user from the cancel-account page in your settings.
  3. Sign in to your existing ArtStation account with email and password.
  4. Hook the account up with Facebook from the general settings page.

A message saying another account is already using this Facebook account points to the same duplicate. The Help Center's version for that case starts with signing out, then signing in with Facebook, deleting the user, signing back in to the original account and linking Facebook from settings.

Do you need a second account at all?

Sometimes the Help Center already gives you what a second sign-in was meant to provide:

  • One account comes with both a community profile at artstation.com/username and a website at username.artstation.com or your own domain.
  • A single artwork cannot be shared across portfolios; the Help Center suggests naming collaborators in the project text and pointing to their pages.
  • A studio that recruits uses the Team tab in Recruitment Tools, where each colleague has their own ArtStation account. See managing ArtStation for a studio or team.

How can you keep two accounts open at the same time?

OptionHow it worksWatch out for
Sign out and back inThe documented route: Avatar menu, Sign Out, then sign in to the other accountOne account at a time, and it is easy to post from the wrong one
One browser profile per accountA Chrome profile is a separate bundle of bookmarks, history, passwords and settings, and Chromium keeps cookies in each profile's own folderOpen the right profile before you sign in; name and colour them clearly
Firefox ContainersMozilla describes containers as separate slices of cookies, local storage and caches, with logged-in sessions not carried overFirefox only, through Mozilla's Containers extension
Private windowFine for a quick look at one accountThe Help Center says a private window forgets the session when it closes, so you sign in again each time

For steps, naming and hand-over, see separate browser profiles for ArtStation accounts. For the general idea, see what a browser profile is, and for how profiles differ from VPNs and private windows, browser profile vs VPN vs incognito.

What if it does not work?

  • You keep getting signed out. Check for a private window, an expired Facebook sign-in, or Firefox on Windows with a wrong clock or blocked cookies. The causes are in ArtStation login not working or keeps signing you out.
  • The wrong account is open. Look at the profile name and colour of the window before you post, and rename profiles if they look alike.
  • You cannot sign in at all. Use Forgot password, then contact ArtStation Support. The Member Support article gives Pro members and paying customers priority, with a typical reply in one to three business days, and warns that free accounts may wait longer.
  • You suspect a duplicate account. Follow the Facebook steps above, and check which account holds your projects before you delete anything.

Where ADSSPEED fits

ADSSPEED does not change what ArtStation allows. It is a desktop app for Windows and macOS that manages many browser profiles. Each profile keeps its own cookies, local data and browser settings, so ArtStation accounts you own or are authorised to manage can stay signed in side by side without signing each other out. Profiles can be opened, stopped and organised in bulk, and profile data stays on your own computer. ADSSPEED is not affiliated with ArtStation.

Frequently asked questions

Can I log in to two ArtStation accounts on the same computer?

The Help Center (read 3 October 2026) describes one sign-in path and one sign-out path and no account switcher. To have two accounts open at once on one PC, give each account its own browser profile and sign in to it there.

How do I log out of ArtStation?

According to the Help Center, open your Avatar menu and click Sign Out at the bottom. If the menu is long or your monitor is small, you may need to scroll down to reach the button.

Why do I have two ArtStation accounts after using Sign in with Facebook?

The Help Center says ArtStation pairs a Facebook sign-in with an account through the email address. If the two emails differ, Sign in with Facebook creates a new user. Its fix is to delete that new user and link Facebook from the settings of your original account.

Can I sign in to ArtStation with Google or Facebook?

The Help Center says you can sign in with Facebook as well as with email and password, and its password article also mentions signing in with Google. The sign-in screen shows what is offered today, so follow it if it differs from the Help Center.

Does ArtStation have an Epic Games login?

The Help Center pages read on 3 October 2026 do not describe an Epic Games sign-in. The only mention of Epic Games calls it ArtStation's parent company, in the tax FAQ. If your sign-in screen offers an Epic Games option, follow the screen and ask ArtStation Support if it fails.

Does a private window keep me signed in to ArtStation?

No. According to the Help Center, a private or incognito window forgets the session once it closes, so you would sign in again each time. A normal browsing window is what it recommends for staying signed in between visits.
