Discord's Help Center describes an Account Switcher for desktop that holds up to five accounts, while its Terms of Service set no stated limit on how many accounts a person may have. What the rules do cover is behaviour: returning after a permanent ban, self-bots, selling accounts and spam. For teams, Discord offers server roles, ownership transfer and Developer Teams for bots instead of a shared login.
