Can You Be Logged In to Two Dailymotion Accounts at Once on One Computer?
Can you be signed in to two Dailymotion accounts at once?
Dailymotion documents one built-in way to work in several places from a single login: an Organization, which holds a parent profile and child profiles that you switch between inside Dailymotion Studio. For two separate accounts with separate emails, the Help Center pages read for this guide describe no switcher, so on a computer the practical route is one browser profile per account.
Everything below concerns the Dailymotion website and Studio in a desktop browser. According to Dailymotion's Help Center (read 3 October 2026), the supported desktop browsers are Chrome 95 or later, Firefox 115 or later, Safari 14 or later and Edge 109 or later, and the apps it lists are for phones and TVs rather than Windows or macOS. The Terms of Use page read (last updated 30 June 2026) sets no number of accounts per person, but it makes you solely responsible for what happens under each account. The rules guide goes through that in detail.
Which option fits which situation?
| Situation | What the Help Center describes | Plan note |
|---|---|---|
| One brand, several Dailymotion profiles | An Organization has one parent profile and child profiles. The account owner adds profiles, and people with access switch between them in Studio | Page labels point to Pro Enterprise |
| Several colleagues working on those profiles | The owner invites each person by email, chooses a role (Admin or Editor) and picks the profiles that person can reach | Labels point to Pro Advanced and Pro Enterprise |
| A personal account and a separate work account | Each account has its own sign-in. No switcher between separate accounts is described | No plan feature involved |
| Signing in with Google on a computer | On desktop web you choose Continue with Google and sign in inside a Google pop-up | Apple sign-up is not offered in web browsers |
Dailymotion's Q4 2024 release note says channels are now called profiles and sit in the Account section of Studio, so older material may still say channel. Plan details change, and Dailymotion itself says features can depend on your organization's plan, so confirm yours with your Account Manager or Support.
How do you switch between profiles inside an Organization?
This is a Studio feature for people who have been given access to more than one profile. The Help Center page (updated 13 August 2026) gives these steps:
- In Studio, click the small chevron beside your profile name in the top-left corner.
- Studio lists the child profiles you can manage. Pick one, or search for it by name with the bar at the top.
- The same chevron closes the list again.
- To return to the main profile, reopen the list and choose the parent profile, which always sits in second position.
If you are the account owner and need another profile, the Help Center says to open Account settings > Account at the top right of Studio, find Profiles, click Add profile, fill in the required fields and an avatar, then click Save. Deleting a profile removes its content, domains, playlists and players, and Dailymotion says they cannot be recovered, so treat deletion as a last step.
How do you keep two separate accounts open side by side?
Because no switcher is described for separate accounts, the dependable approach is to give each account its own browser profile. Chrome says a profile keeps bookmarks, history, passwords and other settings apart, and Chromium's documentation describes each profile as a subdirectory of a user data directory that holds profile data such as history, bookmarks and cookies, so a Dailymotion sign-in in one profile does not show up in another. The longer walk-through is in the browser profiles guide, and what a browser profile is covers the basics. A private window is a different tool; the comparison guide explains how it differs from a profile.
- Create one browser profile per account. In Chrome, choose Profile at the top right, then Add Chrome profile, and pick a name and colour.
- In that profile, open dailymotion.com and sign in with the account's own email and password, or with Continue with Google if that is how the account was created.
- Open your avatar menu to confirm which account you are in.
- Bookmark Studio in the same profile. The Help Center gives dailymotion.com/partner as the direct address.
- Do not sign in to a second Dailymotion account in that profile, because both would share one set of cookies.
Firefox users can use containers instead. Mozilla's wiki says containers let you log in to several accounts on one site at once, even where the site does not support concurrent sessions, and that they keep cookies and site storage apart while history and bookmarks are not separated.
What if the switch, the sign-in or the invitation does not work?
- No chevron, or only one profile in the list. You may not have been given access to several profiles, or your plan may not include them. Ask the Organization owner.
- An invitation is refused. The Help Center lists three kinds of email address that cannot be invited, including addresses from a different domain, for which it suggests contacting Support. The team access guide has the full list.
- A new email account keeps asking for a code. Codes last 3 hours and only the newest one works. See why Dailymotion logs you out.
- You are signed out of one account after signing in to another. The two are probably sharing a browser profile. Move one of them into a profile of its own.
- Several people need to work on the same profile. Use Organization roles rather than one shared password, as the Terms of Use make each account holder responsible for keeping credentials confidential.
Where ADSSPEED fits
ADSSPEED is a desktop app for Windows and macOS that manages many browser profiles. If you legitimately run, for example, a personal Dailymotion account and a brand account you are authorised to manage, each profile keeps its own cookies, local data and browser settings, so both can stay signed in side by side without signing each other out. Profiles can be opened, stopped and organised in bulk, and profile data is kept on your own computer. It adds no Organization features and does not change what Dailymotion's rules allow. More Dailymotion guides are on the platform page. ADSSPEED is not affiliated with Dailymotion.
Frequently asked questions
Can you log in to two Dailymotion accounts at the same time on one computer?
Inside one Organization, a single login can reach a parent profile and child profiles and switch between them in Studio. For two separate accounts, the Help Center pages read describe no switcher, so use a separate browser profile for each account and sign in to one account per profile.
How do I switch accounts on Dailymotion?
In Studio, click the chevron at the top left next to your profile name, then pick a child profile from the list or search for it. The parent profile is the second entry. This covers profiles inside one Organization, not separate accounts that have different emails.
What is a Dailymotion partner account, and does it give me more profiles?
The Help Center describes Upgrade to Partner as agreeing to the Partner terms and filling in your profile. Adding more profiles is a separate, owner-only action in an Organization (Account settings, Account, Profiles, Add profile), and the page labels point to Pro Enterprise.
Can I sign in to Dailymotion with Google on a computer?
The sign-up page says that on desktop and mobile web you choose Continue with Google, which opens a Google pop-up where you sign in, and that Apple sign-up is not offered in web browsers yet. If several Google accounts share a browser profile, check which one you pick.
Is there a Dailymotion app for Windows or Mac?
The supported-devices page read for this guide lists desktop browsers (Chrome 95, Firefox 115, Safari 14 and Edge 109 or later), Android and iPhone apps, and TV apps. It does not list a Windows or macOS app, so on a computer you use the website and Studio in a browser.
Can a team share one Dailymotion login?
The Terms of Use make you responsible for keeping your user ID and password confidential and for activity under your account. For teams, the Help Center describes Organizations, where the owner invites people by email with a role, so nobody needs the owner's password.
